Theme Days:
kona hosts monthly theme days to create unique & fun environments for our guests (& staff) to enjoy.
Extensive thematic food & drink specials compliment the thematic decor, music & staff costumes. Theme days are held on the last Tuesday through Thursday of every month. Previously, kona's theme days have included a "Come as you were: Reincarnation Days" (vegetarian food), Starving Artists, Summer Harvest (celebrating local organic food), & a classic Halloween Unsolved Mysteries. |
Community Nights:
this is kona's way of giving back to the community which supports kona.
Every Wednesday night, local philanthropies from Oxford & Miami University & the Cincinnati area including University of Cincinnati and Xavier University are invited to guest bartend at kona.
As a fund-raiser, all bar tips earned that evening are donated to the non profit organization of the evening. In addition, each organization has the opportunity to promote their good cause to our guests at kona.
kona's community nights are a great way for philanthropies to earn money, educate people & have a great time.
