kona special event  reservation policies

All events must be scheduled with a minimum of 14 days advanced notice.

Food selections & guest counts must be confirmed with a minimum of 7 days advanced notice.
 
A credit card number is required with any scheduling confirmation all prices are subject to tax & 20% gratuity.
 
Private bartenders are available for an additional $10 per hour (minimum of three hours).   

Private bartenders are required for reception events. 

The mezzanine or gallery will not always be available for rental in that kona reserves the right to hold the space for regular dining guests on certain dates throughout the year.   

Cancellations must occur prior to 7 days before the event.   

Events cancelled less than 7 days before the event will be charged 75% of the total event cost.
